Wendy Bryan
Principal and Business Coach
Throughout my 30+year career, there has been one constant: I love helping people businesses reach their full potential and exceed their goals! There isn’t any aspect of “business” that doesn’t motivate me! I have had success as an entrepreneur, as well as an executive team leader!
I spent 16+ years as a Director of Marketing for 4 amazing companies before becoming a successful small business owner myself and putting every business skill I had to the test! Through all of these experiences, I learned I have a knack for creating energy and excitement both internally and externally within organizations, within new ventures, and out in the community in order to meet strategic goals.
Whether their goal is to drive additional revenue, build strategic partnerships, streamline operations, or refine corporate or organizational vision, I help my clients maximize opportunities in order to accomplish their goals. I understand the effort it will take to generate bottom-line revenue and gather community support to showcase an organization as a true powerhouse.
I obtained my MBA, with a concentration in Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology and my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.

Over the course of my 30+ year career I have had the opportunity to work in virtually every aspect of the business world; from small business owner to an individual sales contributor; all the way up to Chief Operating Officer and President and CEO of a mutual bank.
Along this journey I have developed expertise in several areas including but not limited to Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Small Business Lending and Employee Development.
I have developed a passion for working with business leaders to help them optimize their organization and achieve their desired goals. I have a proven ability to launch new products and services successfully and also an ability to rescue failing or stalled initiatives and successfully move them onto the path of profitability.
